Limelight, a Sweet Adeline Quartet

The women of Limelight have been singing together for eight years. We are members of the Gem City Chorus of Sweet Adelines, based in Centerville. (The chorus rehearses Tuesday evenings at 6:30 at Epiphany Lutheran Church.)

Each of us is a section leader, guiding the chorus singers who sing our part.

We’ve enjoyed singing for a variety of occasions, such as : church services, Christmas parties, the Dayton Dragons, patriotic events, backyard barbecues, Singing Valentines,

birthday celebrations, chorus shows and TV promotions, an oldies radio station on PBS, and the Dayton mayor’s Longest Table event. We participate in the Sweet Adelines Regional competition each spring. In 2017, we traveled to the United Kingdom to compete in the Llangollen Eisteddfod, an international musical event in Wales.
